We want you to love every Litty Sauce product you order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we make it right.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within [RETURN_WINDOW, e.g. 30 days] of the delivery date
• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or partially used food/sauce products
• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on food items or sauces, however, with thorough investigation, you can redeem half of your funds in the form it was paid.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [LittySauceDC@gmail.com] within [7 days] of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. You will not need to return the damaged item.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [15 business days]. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
